Maintenance Manager

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee operations across all our locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and lead maintenance teams across all locations
• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
• Manage utilities including electricity, water, HVAC, and plumbing
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and asset registers
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for services and materials
• Monitor and control maintenance budgets
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in maintenance management (multi-site preferred)
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems and equipment
• Proficiency in CMMS and MS Office
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
