Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for all plant equipment and utilities.

Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure optimal equipment performance, reliability, and minimal downtime.

Develop, implement, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintenance strategies to enhance equipment life.

Utilize predictive maintenance tools, condition monitoring, and data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.

Track and analyze key maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, downtime, etc.) to drive performance and reliability improvements.
-
Maintain accurate maintenance records, calibration logs, and documentation to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

Monitor and maintain optimal levels of critical spare parts and consumables to prevent stockouts and minimize carrying costs.

Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials and optimize inventory systems for cost efficiency and operational readiness.

Maintain traceability and documentation of parts usage for compliance and cost tracking.

Develop and manage the annual maintenance budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Analyze maintenance expenditures to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

10 to 15 years supervisory experience with heavy machinery, production lines or related fields.

In-depth knowledge of preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance practices.

Proficient in maintenance planning software and ERP systems.
-
Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and utility systems.

Experienced in project planning, cost estimation, and vendor coordination.

Excellent leadership, decision-making, and team management abilities.
-
High attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and time management.
