What You'll Be Doing

• Drive preventive and reliability-centred maintenance strategy to achieve 90%+ equipment availability
• Lead a 39-40 person multidisciplinary maintenance team across underground operations
• Optimise asset lifecycle performance through CMMS data, RCFA and structured planning
• Control OPEX and CAPEX budgets while protecting multi-million-dollar fleet assets

What You'll Bring

• 7+ years mining equipment maintenance experience, including underground operations
• Proven leadership of workshop or fleet teams in heavy mobile equipment environments
• Strong OEM knowledge across hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems
• Demonstrated experience improving uptime, planned maintenance ratios and cost control
