Preparing and managing the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Tracking expenses and identify areas for cost savings.

Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations.

Conducting regular safety audits and training for staff.

Overseeing the maintenance of machinery, tools, and other equipment.

Maintaining inventory of spare parts and supplies, ensuring availability when needed.

Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues promptly.

Analyzing equipment failures and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.

Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation.

Preparing reports on maintenance activities, costs, and efficiency for management review.

Requirements
Requirements

BSc / BA in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Min 10+ years experiences in facility management preferred in real Estate or hospitality field with a focus on MEP and Civil maintenance.
