Maintenance Manager - FM

Managing and leading maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.

Scheduling and delegating tasks effectively to ensure timely completion

Developing and implementing a preventive maintenance program to minimize equipment downtime.

Planning and coordinating maintenance activities, including repairs and upgrades.
-
Preparing and managing the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Tracking expenses and identify areas for cost savings.
-
Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations.
-
Conducting regular safety audits and training for staff.
-
Overseeing the maintenance of machinery, tools, and other equipment.
-
Maintaining inventory of spare parts and supplies, ensuring availability when needed.

Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues promptly.
-
Analyzing equipment failures and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
-
Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation.
-
Preparing reports on maintenance activities, costs, and efficiency for management review.
-
Working closely with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruption to operations.

Liaising with external contractors and suppliers for specialized services.

Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in maintenance operations.

Staying updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance maintenance strategies
Requirements
-
BSc / BA in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
-
Min 10+ years experiences in facility management preferred in real Estate or hospitality field with a focus on MEP and Civil maintenance.

Communication skills – Problem Solving -
