Maintenance Staff

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Staff member to ensure the optimal operation and upkeep of our facilities. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and executing repairs across various systems. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment that supports our operational goals and enhances the experience for our residents and staff. Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of building systems, machinery, and equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical wiring, and mechanical components.
• Assist with residential painting projects to maintain the aesthetic quality of the facility.
• Supervise junior team members or contractors during maintenance projects to ensure safety standards and quality are upheld.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance within manufacturing or residential environments.
• Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by electrical experience and familiarity with schematics.
• Knowledge of electrical systems troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills in English for effective teamwork and customer service interactions.
• Supervising experience is preferred, demonstrating leadership capabilities in managing maintenance projects.
• Ability to read technical schematics and perform repairs based on detailed diagrams.

Pay: $13.75 - $18.00 per hour
