Maintenance Staff

Overview
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is eager to learn new skills. The successful candidate will assist with the maintenance, repair, and overall upkeep of residential properties, helping ensure our properties remain safe, attractive, and well-maintained for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform general property maintenance and upkeep.
• Assist with landscaping and grounds maintenance.
• Conduct basic repairs and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Operate and maintain various hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment.
• Complete small improvement projects and property enhancements.
• Identify maintenance issues and report recommendations for repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow company safety procedures and best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with homeowners and residents.
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment.
• Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently when required.
• Previous maintenance, landscaping, construction, pool service, or related experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
