Maintenance Staff

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Person to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks ensuring that the hotel operates smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing knowledge, with experience in facilities maintenance. Duties

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance in rooms
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools.
• Conduct welding repairs and fabrication as needed to support production or property upkeep.
• Assist with painting projects, ensuring high-quality finishes.
• Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations during maintenance activities.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally.

Skills

• Proficiency with electrical systems, schematics, and the use of diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
• Mechanical knowledge including troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance techniques.
• Welding skills for fabrication and repair work.
• Strong leadership skills with supervising experience in maintenance or facilities management roles.
• Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team coordination.

Base Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
