Maintenance Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for production machines, utilities, and facilities
• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
• Ensure minimum downtime of production equipment through effective maintenance planning
• Lead, guide, and monitor the maintenance team (technicians and helpers)
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and utility-related issues
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, GMP, and safety regulations
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to support uninterrupted operations
• Maintain maintenance records, logs, and reports
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement when required
• Ensure proper use of tools, PPE, and adherence to safety procedures
