Maintenance Supervisor



Summary

Seeking a maintenance leader to oversee a high‑speed manufacturing environment, ensuring equipment reliability, team development, and a strong safety culture. This role focuses on driving operational efficiency through process improvements, technical troubleshooting expertise, and effective leadership of a cross‑functional maintenance team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the maintenance team, ensuring proper staffing, training, and safety compliance.
  • Promote a proactive safety‑first culture and correct unsafe conditions or practices.
  • Maintain and improve equipment performance to maximize production up-time and efficiency.
  • Implement process improvement initiatives, including changeover optimization and visual management.
  • Oversee maintenance budgets, reporting, forecasting, and coordination with contractors and equipment upgrades.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred, with 2-5 years of maintenance supervisory experience.
  • Strong mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting skills in high‑speed manufacturing.
  • Proficiency with PLCs, preventive maintenance systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with conveyors, airveyors, and manufacturing support systems such as fluid delivery and line lubrication.
  • Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and meet all screening requirements.
