Maintenance Supervisor – Real Estate / Property Management

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance procedures for real estate properties.
• Conduct inspections and report on facilities to identify and resolve issues.
• Oversee repair, installation, and preventive maintenance activities (MEP, electrical, plumbing, machinery, building infrastructure).
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Manage relationships with contractors, sub-contractors, and service providers.
• Monitor inventory, order parts/tools, and control maintenance budget.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
• Assist in facility upgrades or renovations.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid UAE driving license
• Should be available to join immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
