Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, organized, and results-driven Director of Operations to join our growing team. As the Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing daily business activities, developing strategies to improve performance, and enhancing overall organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader capable of managing cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows, and implementing policies that drive productivity and profitability.Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop long-term operational goals, budgets, and, strategic plans.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and improve organizational processes, workflows, and operating procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Daily Management: Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring smooth, well-coordinated, and productive workflows across departments.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor operating expenses, manage budgets, and analyze financial data to achieve revenue goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and manage department heads and staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, legal rules, and company safety policies (e.g., OSHA).
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on operational success.
- Departments: Will work with all departments, including but not limited to: Billing, SEO, Customer Service Reps, Front Desk, Accounting, Marketing
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 7-10+ years of progressive experience in an operations leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a relevant field; MBA is a plus.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive cross-functional projects.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and experience with ERP/business software.
- Analytical Abilities: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in HEALTH CARE Preferred.
- Experience in high-growth companies or scaling businesses.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs225,000.00 per month
