Manager Accounting Financial Reporting

The Financial Accounting & Reporting Manager must fulfill his responsibilities of a Senior Management Executive and operate in accordance with the Company’s Procedure, Policies, HSE Standards and Quality Management System.

The operational responsibilities of this position include:

Responsibilities

• Prepare & manage and act as contact person for audit process with the external auditors, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and internal policies. Play a key role in guiding the region though the audit process.
• Manage, lead and coordinate with the region and external auditor through the SOX process.
• Review and update annual the narratives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.
• Analyze data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement financial reporting systems, controls, and procedures.
• Collaborate across departments to gather financial data and ensure accurate reporting.
• Present financial insights to senior management to support strategic decisions.
• Support timely month-end and year-end closings, and preparation of financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit, tax, and SOX requirements.
• Liaise with the parent company and corporate accounts team on reporting and financial matters.
• Drive process improvements and maintain effective internal control systems.
