Manager Admin

Sukkur, Pakistan

  • Ensure plant and colony administration, security, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Supervise staff & labor management, payroll coordination, and grievance handling.
  • Oversee transport, housekeeping, waste management, and canteen operations.
  • Manage infrastructure maintenance (civil, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and AC).
  • Handle cash management, salary verification, and approvals within company policy.
  • Support new infrastructure projects and ensure QA, Food Safety & Halal compliance.
  • Plan and execute internal site events and engagement activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in Administration/HR/Operations (preferably plant/site).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and facility management.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with Army, Air Force, or Navy background.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs110,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
