Job Title: Manager – Administration (Corporate Office)
Location: Raipur
Industry: Corporate / Manufacturing / Refractory
Reporting To: Director / HR & Admin Head

Job Purpose

To oversee and manage all administrative functions at the corporate office, ensuring smooth operations, compliance with company policies, effective vendor management, and support for senior management and staff.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day office administration, facilities management, and support services.
  • Manage vendor contracts, housekeeping, security, travel, and office infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational policies.
  • Handle employee services such as attendance, canteen, transportation, and general welfare.
  • Coordinate with IT, HR, and Finance teams for seamless support to business operations.
  • Manage office assets, stationery, and equipment procurement with cost control measures.
  • Organize corporate meetings, events, and other official functions.
  • Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and service providers as required.
  • Prepare MIS and reports on administration, costs, and office operations.
  • Lead and motivate the admin team to ensure efficiency and discipline.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Management, Administration, or related field.
  • 7–12 years of experience in administration, preferably in manufacturing / corporate offices.
  • Proven ability in vendor management, compliance, and office management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tools.
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance and office protocols.
