Manager AI Automation and Integration

Riphah International University is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Manager – Artificial Intelligence to lead the implementation of AI-driven solutions in the Marketing Department. The role involves developing and deploying intelligent tools, optimizing marketing strategies, and enhancing departmental performance through AI integration.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 to 5 years) in implementing AI in marketing or business environments.
  • Strong expertise in AI-related coding (e.g., Python, R, Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
  • Experience in natural language processing, machine learning, and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in a university or educational marketing setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, social listening tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and ethical AI considerations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • AI Integration in Marketing: Identify marketing processes where AI can add measurable value.
  • Develop and implement AI models to automate and optimize campaign targeting, customer segmentation, and performance analysis.
  • Introduce AI-based tools for content personalization, trend forecasting, and consumer behavior analysis.
  • Tool and Platform Development: Design, build, and maintain AI-powered platforms and tools tailored for the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with IT and software teams to integrate AI tools into existing marketing systems.
  • Monitor and improve existing AI systems based on performance data and feedback.
  • Strategic Planning: Lead the development of data-driven AI marketing strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for digital advertising, social media engagement, and brand optimization through AI analytics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and innovation adoption.
  • Performance Enhancement: Use AI to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose improvement plans.
  • Enable real-time campaign adjustments using predictive analytics and machine learning.
  • Continuously evaluate the impact of AI initiatives and suggest enhancements.
  • Team Collaboration and Training: Train and guide the marketing team on AI tools and applications.
  • Act as a bridge between marketing, data science, and development teams to ensure smooth execution.
