Job Summary: We are seeking an elite professional to serve as the Clinic Manager & Marketing Director for our flagship Peshawar expansion. This is a high-responsibility dual role. You will be the commercial face of the center, responsible for aggressive market growth and high-level navigation of the healthcare regulatory landscape. The ideal candidate must possess a sophisticated marketing background and a robust network of contacts within the Ministry of Health (MoH), District Health Office (DHO), and the Army Medical Corps (AMC)/Military Health infrastructure.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Command: Function as the Primary Marketing Manager; designing and executing strategic campaigns to establish our "Immune Peace" brand. You must possess the expertise to market specialized clinical services to both the general public and the medical community.
  • Bureaucratic & Military Liaison: Act as the lead negotiator and troubleshooter with the Health Department, Ministry of Health, and Army Medical Corps (AMC). You must have the "doors open" to resolve administrative bottlenecks swiftly.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily clinic workflows with zero-compromise adherence to the Allergy center protocols and M-SLIT standards.
  • Patient Education Leadership: Direct community outreach and digital efforts to educate the public on the "Genomic Switch" for permanent relief.
  • Performance Intelligence: Document and analyze patient attrition/cancellations and present weekly growth metrics to the Central Office in Islamabad.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Preferably Marketing (MBA), Healthcare Management, or Public Administration.
  • Marketing Experience: Proven track record in marketing clinics, hospitals, or specialized medical services. You must understand how to position a premium healthcare brand.
  • Mandatory Network: Established, verifiable contacts within the Health Department, Army Health/AMC, and the civil Bureaucracy.
  • Liaison Expertise: Demonstrated experience in navigating government regulations and military healthcare protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
