We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth and expand our client base.

Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams
• Prepare proposals, agreements, and reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development or sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach
• Ability to lead a team and work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,406.00 - ₹66,285.26 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ludhiana, Punjab (Ludhiana)
