Manager - Business Development with Learning & Development Consulting Experience

We are looking for a high-impact professional with a proven track record in Learning & Development, HR Consulting, Executive Education or Recruitment Firm as a Business Development Manager.

This is a growth-facing, influence-driven position where you will design meaningful learning solutions and also build the partnerships that take them to the world.

In this role, you will work on creating and managing mentoring, training and coaching learning initiatives, collaborating with coaches, mentors, educators and corporate leaders, while also identifying opportunities, building relationships, pitching solutions and supporting the expansion of Team Transformation programs and solution across regions and sectors.

Location: Dubai

Experience: 5–6 years

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Has hands-on experience in Learning & Development, training, mentoring or education
• Has exposure to business development, everts, partnerships, or client acquisition
• Enjoys building learning programs as much as building professional relationships
• Comes from the education, coaching, training, or people development ecosystem
• Can comfortably interact with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Understands the end-to-end business development cycle
• Can handle a team of 7-10 people
• Experience in an HR, Recruitment or Leadership Development consulting organization will be an added advantage
