Manager Civil

Job Description:

• Manage and oversee civil department operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely execution of projects in Sheikhupura.
• Prepare departmental budgets, cost estimates, and analyze civil work rates in line with current market trends.
• Coordinate with government authorities, societies, and internal stakeholders to obtain permissions/ROWs and resolve site-related issues.
• Plan, organize, and monitor projects to ensure completion within defined timelines and optimal use of resources.
• Verify bills and maintain strict quality control of civil works at sites.
• Support team development through coordination, interdepartmental collaboration, and training of junior staff.
• The incumbent will be responsible for Sheikhupura region and will be based in Sheikhupura office.

Requirements:

• Bachelors of Civil Engineering or relevant field.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Well versed with tools like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD.
• Excellent Communication skills.
