Interwood Mobel is looking for a highly skilled Manager - Contract & Project Management to lead our project management initiatives while ensuring effective contract management practices. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the execution of projects, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring that contracts are negotiated and enforced effectively to achieve the best outcomes for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of project management, from initiation through to closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Oversee the development, negotiation, and management of contracts to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with various teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
- Monitor project progress and deliver regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify potential project risks and issues, implementing proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any concerns.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements and recommend improvements for future projects.
- Ensure that all contractual agreements maximize value for the organization while minimizing risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in project management and contract management, preferably in the manufacturing or furniture industry.
- Proven track record of delivering projects successfully on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of contract law, project management methodologies, and tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with project management software and contract management systems.
