Manager Donor Relations

SHINE Humanity is seeking dynamic and committed professionals to join our team.

The Manager Marketing & Donor Relations will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with SHINE’s brand identity. This role aims to enhance SHINE’s visibility, credibility, and fundraising success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies consistent with SHINE’s mission and brand.

• Drive SHINE’s narrative, positioning, and storytelling across all communication platforms.

• Manage and update the donor database to strengthen relationships and outreach.

• Cultivate partnerships and generate fresh donor opportunities

• Organize fundraising campaigns and donor engagement events.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, fundraising, or donor relations (preferably in the nonprofit/NGO sector).
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
• Proven experience in fundraising campaigns, donor engagement, and partnershipmanagement.
• Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, inspire, and collaborate across teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Donor Relations : 3 years (Required)
• Managerial : 5 years (Required)
