Job Summary:
The Financial Manager will oversee complete financial operations of the organization including monthly reporting, fund management, payables & receivables control, taxation, project feasibility, vendor management, and quarterly internal audits.
The candidate must have hands-on experience in high-rise and horizontal real estate projects, including construction costing, project billing, and vendor financial coordination.
The role requires the ability to work under pressure, prepare professional presentations for management, and provide data-driven financial insights for strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1.Financial Reporting & Dashboards
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Develop management dashboards (Power BI / Excel based).
- Present financial performance to senior management.
2. Funds & Cash Flow Management
- Manage project-wise and company-wide funds allocation.
- Maintain strong cash flow control.
- Monitor working capital and liquidity.
3. Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Control vendor payments and approvals.
- Manage receivable aging and recovery monitoring.
- Ensure reconciliation of all ledgers.
4. Construction & Project Financial Management
- Handle financial operations of high-rise and horizontal projects.
- Monitor:
- Construction costing
- Project billing & certification
- Contractor & vendor payments
- BOQ financial tracking
- Maintain project-wise financial reporting.
5. Vendor Management
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
- Verify invoices and billing certifications.
- Ensure contractual financial compliance.
- Control cost overruns.
6. Project Feasibility & Financial Modeling
- Prepare project-to-project feasibility reports.
- Conduct ROI, IRR, and break-even analysis.
- Evaluate financial viability before project approval.
7. Taxation & Compliance
- Manage Income Tax, Sales Tax, Withholding Tax matters.
- Liaison with tax consultants and auditors.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
8. Internal Audit & Controls
- Conduct Quarterly Internal Audits.
- Present audit findings to management.
- Implement risk control mechanisms.
9. Team Leadership & Reporting
- Supervise Finance Team.
- Establish financial SOPs.
- Ensure safe custody of financial records.
- Maintain confidentiality.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years experience as Financial Manager (Real Estate preferred)
- At least 5 years hands-on experience in QuickBooks
- Strong background in:

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
