Key information:

1. Required experience: Minimum of 3+ years’ work experience in client servicing.

Specifically experience in an accounting firm or company, handling multiple clients, would

be considered relevant experience. Industry experience would not be considered as

relevant experience.

2. Work from office i.e., Jayanagar Bangalore i.e., Monday to Friday: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM & 1st , 4th & 5th Saturday: 9.30 AM to 1.30 PM.

Skills:

1. Attention to detail: You must consistently give attention to details to be able to keep

information accurate & organized. Do not lose sight of small things in pursuit of large goals

or objectives.

2. Business acumen: You must understand the nature & nuances of client ‘businesses’ to

provide impeccable client servicing. Having a solid foundation in the way a business operates

provides context to the operational and financial information that you work with daily.

3. Computing skills: As an accounting professional, you need to be able to use advanced or

different accounting software and other computer-based tools & software to work effectively

& efficiently.

4. Analytical skills: Collecting and analysing financial data is a large part of accounting and is

an important aspect of identifying patterns and potential issues. In fact, applying data

analytics to the accounting field is an emerging trend in the industry that is expected to have

a growing impact in the future.

5. Communication skills: You must be able to listen carefully to accurately gather facts and

figures from clients, managers, or other stakeholders. You must also be able to clearly

articulate the results of your work and present your findings in written reports, in a timely &

effective manner.

6. Mathematical skills: A common misconception is that you must be good at math to be an

accountant. It is true that math skills are important to analyze, compare, and interpret data

and figures.

7. Interpersonal skills: You need to maintain a good working relation with the client through

developing your interpersonal skills. Know your client well. Get the client to know you well.

Collaborate well with clients and provide them with solutions they need, not what you want

to give them.

Roles & responsibilities:

1. Holistically deliver agreed services to allocated clients on end-to-end basis, in accordance

with signed letter of engagement & proposals accepted, delivering every engagement with

a sense of purpose, responsibility, & ownership. Services you will deliver include, but not

limited to –

  • Accounting, Bookkeeping & Reporting
  • Payroll & Labor Law Compliances
  • Indirect Tax – GST Compliances
  • Corporate & Regulatory – MCA & FEMA
  • Co-ordination for Statutory & Tax audit
  • Direct Tax – Corporate Income Tax
  • International Tax - Transfer pricing
  • MCA - Annual Returns & other periodic filings

2. Understand that every client engagement is unique and needs careful & smart planning, use

best judgement, and independently try to always understand, assess, and advise the

implications of specific transactions, events, or business decision of clients on matters impacting

their business.

3. Be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the client, adopt a multidisciplinary approach,

internally co- ordinate & discuss with other group members, your seniors, members of the

professional support group & independent professional advisors wherever necessary and

communicate clearly & transparently with clients, and focus on providing unified & integrated

services, in a seamless way.

4. Understand the nuances of client servicing, involve with the nitty gritties of execution, believe

that success lies in

giving attention to details and give your client more than our 100% every time, to provide them

with prudent, realistic, and trustworthy solution.

5. Independently, observe 100% due compliance of applicable provisions of various statutes,

covered in our scope,

mitigating possible risks & financial implications of non-compliance or deviations.

6. Consciously focus on collation & organization of information, data, records, and documents for

historic & current

needs and maintain them on internal Filing management system (FMS) and always keep them

updated, real-time

& relevant.

7. Maintain suitable reports and trackers to effectively track & report on matters related to all

compliances: Direct & indirect taxes, labour compliances, corporate & regulatory engagements

& ensure strict adherence to timelines.

8. Always uphold the brand of Floraison, work in accordance with standard operating procedures

practiced by the company over the years, follow the culture & best practices and be a great

brand ambassador

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
