Position: Manager Finishing Work & Quality Control

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finishing work and QA / QC within the construction industry, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.

• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of finishing work techniques, materials, and quality control processes; familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations.

• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement corrective actions.

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
• Integrity: High level of professionalism and ethical standards.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required and familiarity with ERP is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Manager Finishing Work & QA / QC is responsible for overseeing all aspects of finishing work and quality control processes of the projects. This role ensures that all projects meet the company’s quality standards, are completed efficiently, and adhere to project specifications and timelines.

• Project Monitoring: Monitor all designated projects related to finishing works. Ensure finishing activities are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Quality Control: Ensure high-quality finishing works including plaster, paint, tiles, woodwork, ceilings, and other interior finishes. Conduct regular inspections to maintain required quality standards.
• Project Timelines: Ensure finishing works are completed within the planned schedule. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and suppliers to avoid delays.
• Task Management: Plan, assign, and supervise daily finishing tasks for site teams. Track progress and ensure tasks are completed as per project milestones.
• Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other departments for smooth project execution.
• Reporting: Prepare progress reports and update management on finishing work status.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
