key responsiblities:

Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

Conducting weekly safety inspections to identify potential hazards, ensuring corrective actions are taken to mitigate risks.

Managing training programs to educate employees on safety protocols, emergency response plans, and environmental regulations.

Monitoring and reporting on HSE performance, analyzing statistics, and ensuring continuous improvement in safety practices across the organization.

Collaborating with management to create a safety culture, providing guidance on HSE-related matters, and ensuring all staff adhere to established safety practices.

Investigating accidents or incidents, determining root causes, and recommending preventive measures to avoid recurrence.

Leadership and Team Collaboration: Leading and motivating the HSE team, providing training and development, and ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols.
