Position: Manager - HR
Location: Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Apply solid understanding of HR practices within QSR, FMCG, Retail, or Hospitality environments.
- Develop manpower planning in coordination with Operations.
- Ensure timely hiring to support new store openings and business expansion.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for high-volume hiring.
- Experience in managing change and adapting HR strategies to evolving business needs.
- Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.
- Identify high-potential employees and succession planning.
- Work closely with Training teams to assess skill gaps and learning needs.
- Support career development and internal promotions.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and SOPs in line with company values.
- Ensure compliance with Pakistan labor laws and regulations.
- Align HR initiatives with business needs, including talent acquisition, employee retention, and performance management.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements to management.
- Promote Domino’s Pizza culture, values, and employee-first mindset.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–6 years of HR experience, preferably in QSR, FMCG, Retail, or Hospitality industry.
- Strong experience in high-volume hiring and multi-location workforce management.
- Sound knowledge of Pakistan labor laws.
- Strategic mindset with strong execution capability.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
