Manager - HR

Position: Manager - HR

Location: Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Apply solid understanding of HR practices within QSR, FMCG, Retail, or Hospitality environments.
  • Develop manpower planning in coordination with Operations.
  • Ensure timely hiring to support new store openings and business expansion.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for high-volume hiring.
  • Experience in managing change and adapting HR strategies to evolving business needs.
  • Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Identify high-potential employees and succession planning.
  • Work closely with Training teams to assess skill gaps and learning needs.
  • Support career development and internal promotions.
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and SOPs in line with company values.
  • Ensure compliance with Pakistan labor laws and regulations.
  • Align HR initiatives with business needs, including talent acquisition, employee retention, and performance management.
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements to management.
  • Promote Domino’s Pizza culture, values, and employee-first mindset.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–6 years of HR experience, preferably in QSR, FMCG, Retail, or Hospitality industry.
  • Strong experience in high-volume hiring and multi-location workforce management.
  • Sound knowledge of Pakistan labor laws.
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution capability.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
