Job Title: HR Manager (US Shift)

Location: Karachi

Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (US Shift)

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our growing team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition along with hands-on experience in training, HR operations, and employee engagement. Candidates with software house experience and exposure to diversified industries will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top tech and corporate talent.

* Manage HR operations, employee records, policies, and compliance.

* Plan and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills.

* Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.

* Handle HR analytics, reporting, and workforce planning.

* Collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with business objectives.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

* 4–7 years of HR experience, with strong focus on recruitment.

* Prior experience in a software house / tech company is highly preferred.

* Exposure to multiple HR functions including training, HR operations, and employee relations.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to work in US shift timings (8 PM – 5 AM).
