Manager IT

We are seeking an experienced and innovativeto join our team and play a key role in driving digital transformation.

-> Key Responsibilities:

1) Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.

2) Oversee the management, maintenance, and security of all IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and systems.

3) Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

4) Ensure robust cybersecurity measures and data protection protocols.

5) Collaborate with all departments to deliver efficient and effective IT solutions.

6) Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology procurement.

7) Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure minimal downtime.

8) Stay updated with the latest industry trends & recommend innovative solutions.

-> Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of IT management experience, preferably in manufacturing or the textile sector.
• Strong knowledge of systems, network administration, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects and lead cross-functional teams.
