We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Manager Key Accounts to lead a 10-member sales team focused on spare parts, equipment, and services sales. The role requires a technically sound professional with deep experience in the engineering solutions sector in Pakistan and abroad, capable of increasing parts and service sales, managing key clients, and improving profitability through strategic sourcing of cost-effective products and instruments from international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a 10-member Key Accounts team to achieve spare parts and equipment sales targets.
  • Develop sales strategies for industrial products such as pumps, valves, compressors, motors, PLCs, and other automation components.
  • Manage key industrial clients and develop account growth plans for sustained business.
  • Identify and source products, parts, and instruments from China, Europe, and the USA at competitive rates to increase company margins and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely procurement and delivery of customer orders.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with engineering and maintenance departments of key accounts.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential product lines and supplier options that reduce costs and improve lead times.
  • Track team performance, provide coaching, and ensure achievement of sales KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 6–10 years of experience with an engineering solutions provider in Pakistan and abroad.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
