Manager – Operations & Administration
Experience: Minimum 8 years in industrial operations & administration

Job Summary:
The Manager Operations & Administration will oversee overall plant operations and administrative functions, ensuring smooth execution of business processes, workforce management, and compliance with policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee plant operations, including production planning, logistics, and support functions.
  • Manage administrative functions such as HR, security, and facility management.
  • Implement operational policies, procedures, and performance monitoring systems.
  • Ensure resource availability and efficient utilization.
  • Coordinate with department heads for seamless execution of operations.
  • Lead cost optimization initiatives and ensure adherence to budgets.
  • Promote employee engagement and workplace discipline.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HSE regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or Engineering.
  • 8+ years of experience in operations and administration in steel/industrial sector.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi Metroville: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
