We are looking for an experienced person who can ensure organizational success through successful execution of Operations and Administrative strategy. This role requires hands-on experience in operations, administration and people management beside a can-do attitude.
Skills and Experience:
- At least 2 years' experience of managing operation and administration.
- Experience of managing human resources functions like recruitment, interviewing, payroll and employee relations is highly desirable.
- Ability to resolve operational issues/bottlenecks, good administrative acumen and ability to lead and manage diverse teams are crucial to the role.
- Experience in food/hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline is a must. Candidates with BBA/MBA/MPA will be given preference.
- Great communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Preference will be given to the applicants who can join immediately.
