We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager Post Induction (Gloves) to lead and oversee all post-induction processes within our garments division. The ideal candidate will ensure that every garment meets quality standards after the induction stage and that production targets are achieved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all post-induction activities including Sewing, Finishing and final QC coordination.
• Utilize experience from Garments operations to improve workflow, manpower management, and efficiency in Gloves Post-Induction Processes.
• Monitor process parameters, ensure consistency, and maintain product quality standards.
• Develop and implement SOPs, safety procedures, and quality guidelines.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and I.E teams to resolve operational issues.
• Analyze data to reduce rejection, increase productivity, and maintain strict compliance.
• Train and supervise teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for senior management review.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Industrial Engineering / relevant field.
• 7–10 years of experience in garment manufacturing, preferably in Production, Sewing, Finishing, or Process management roles.
• Candidates with strong operational expertise from Garments who are willing to transition into Gloves production are highly encouraged.
• Good understanding of production flow, line balancing, manpower handling, and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting tools.

Experience:

• Sewing Production: 7 years (Preferred)
