Manager – Resource Mobilization

Job Purpose:
The Hunar Foundation (THF) is seeking a highly motivated Manager – Resource Mobilization to drive fundraising, donor engagement, and partnership development. This role is critical in ensuring sustainable financial support for THF’s programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to achieve annual revenue targets.
  • Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with donors, corporate partners, and foundations.
  • Explore grant opportunities, CSR funding, and sponsorships.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and donor reports.
  • Represent THF at conferences, meetings, and events to promote our mission.
  • Collaborate with marketing/communications to design impactful fundraising materials.
  • Maintain and update donor databases, ensuring timely reporting and follow-ups.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Development Studies, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in fundraising, resource mobilization, or business development (preferably in the non-profit/NGO sector).
  • Proven track record of achieving fundraising targets and managing donor relationships.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing abilities.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and secure funding opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
