Oversee the daily opening and closing procedures of the facility.
- Manage the court booking system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure all courts, equipment, and surrounding areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff or vendors for repairs and preventative maintenance of courts, nets, lighting, and other equipment.
- Manage inventory of rental equipment and retail merchandise.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members and guests, providing a world-class customer experience.
- Proactively handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure member satisfaction.
- Onboard new members and ensure they are integrated into the club community.
- Drive court rental revenue, membership sales, and program enrollment.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- Organize and promote tournaments, leagues, social mixers, clinics, and private events to maximize court usage and ancillary revenue.
- Manage and grow the club's social media presence and local marketing efforts.
- Oversee point of sale operations and ensure accurate cash handling and financial reporting.
Qualification:
- MBA/BBA, Project Management or related field.
Experience:
- 3-4 years
- Experience in a similar role will be preferred
