Manager Supply Chain Excellence - Planning

Job Summary:

The incumbent will be responsible for strategizing the planning supply chain operations, optimizing processes and systems, overseeing demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, coordination with warehousing & logistics.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Business Process Re-Engineering (Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Material Requirement Planning)
• Data Driven Decision Making, Logistics Coordination Process Optimization and Inventory Management
• Collaboration and Communication among stake holders

Key Requirements:

The candidate should have:

• Relevant education such as Bachelor’s and master’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, etc.
• a minimum of 4 to 6 years of leadership experience as a plant logistics manager or S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) manager.
• Strong experience in supply chain design and process management, particularly in areas like sales order management, procurement, and production planning (experience of pharmaceutical company is added advantage)
• Desired skills such as supply chain management, demand forecasting, data analysis, and process optimization.
• Understanding of S&OP, Financial Modeling, SAP and proficiency in excel and statistical analysis
• Knowledge of Business Process Modeling and Mapping
