Manager, Technical CPU - RSG

Job Purpose Statement:

Sets out the strategy, controls and monitors the service delivery of maintenance and hygiene operations relating to plant and processing equipment at the CPU facility

Roles & Responsibility:

1-      Provide specific in-depth technical expertise for the project that ensures that all plant and equipment is fully available and is operating at optimal levels as to avoid operational disruption

2-      Responsibility for the planning and deployment of resources that ensures full operational effectiveness

3-      Develops and maintains detailed procedures pertaining to preventive and reactive maintenance and hygiene practices across the site, whereby no activity is undertaken that is not trained and monitored

4-      Coordinates with the culinary and operation departments to ensure that preventive maintenance schedules are realistic and attain at least 75% delivery in full and on time

5-      Recruiting, developing and retaining talent across maintenance and plant hygiene

6-      Recommending department budget, including spare parts inventory, chemical and consumables expenditure

7-      Partnering with equipment and plant manufacturers to ensure that maintenance and hygiene practices are at an optimum level

8-      Reviewing and addressing the performance and behaviour of all staff on site regarding their use of all equipment and plant on site when considering the trained methods with the objective of eliminating unplanned downtime due to human error

9-      Monitoring for process input variables that can impact the ability of the plant and equipment to perform normal duties to the optimum level including but not limited to process rate, product temperature, quantities or operational hours versus the preventive maintenance program assumptions

10-  Overseeing large projects and interpreting performance reports

11-  Perform other duties related to the job and/or the operation of the company, in accordance with the regulations of the Saudi Labor of Law.

12-  Adherence to Cybersecurity policies and procedures.

13-  Dealing with data and information according to their level of classification.

14-      Avoid violating the rights of any person or company protected by copyrights, patents, or any other intellectual property, or similar laws or regulations.

15-      Compliance with Cybersecurity requirements related to the protection of user devices, Internet, software, systems, and Email requirements.

16-      Adhere to the acceptable use policy and Using CATRION information and technical assets only for business purposes.

17- Obtaining the required permit from the security department or the owner of the authority in CATRION before hosting visitors in the company's specific sensitive sites.
