As demand from Chinese investors continues to rise, we are seeking a skilled Mandarin‑speaking Off‑Plan Specialist to guide clients through Abu Dhabi’s most attractive investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Mandarin‑speaking clients with off‑plan property inquiries, investment consultations, and project comparisons
• Present upcoming launches, payment plans, ROI projections, and developer insights
• Conduct virtual and in‑person presentations tailored to Chinese investors
• Build and manage a portfolio of international buyers, investors, and referral partners
• Maintain strong relationships with developers and stay updated on new project releases
• Negotiate offers and close deals with accuracy, professionalism, and cultural understanding
• Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism and market expertise

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
• Experience in real estate sales, off‑plan advisory, or investment consulting is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build trust with international and high‑net‑worth clients
• Highly motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s off‑plan market is a strong advantage
