As demand from Mandarin‑speaking investors continues to surge, we are seeking a professional Mandarin‑Speaking Off‑Plan Specialist to guide clients through Abu Dhabi’s most attractive new developments and investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Mandarin‑speaking clients with off‑plan property inquiries, investment consultations, and project comparisons
• Conduct tailored presentations, virtual tours, and developer briefings in Mandarin and English
• Promote new launches and exclusive off‑plan projects from top Abu Dhabi developers
• Build and manage a portfolio of investors from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and global Chinese‑speaking communities
• Provide expert advisory on payment plans, ROI, capital appreciation, handover timelines, and market trends
• Negotiate offers and secure bookings with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with cultural understanding and professionalism

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
• Experience in off‑plan sales, real estate, or high‑value client‑facing roles is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to build trust with international investors and high‑net‑worth clients
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and target‑driven
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s off‑plan market is an advantage
