Market Research Intern

A Market Research Intern assists marketing teams by gathering and analyzing data on consumer behavior, competitor activities, and market trends to support strategic decisions. Key duties include designing surveys, conducting primary/secondary research, analyzing datasets, and creating reports using tools like Excel and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Analysis: Conduct primary and secondary research through surveys, interviews, and industry reports to identify trends.
  • Competitor Monitoring: Track competitor products, pricing, and marketing strategies.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Compile findings into presentations, charts, and reports to inform actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Survey Administration: Help design, launch, and monitor surveys to measure customer satisfaction.
  • Trend Analysis: Research emerging industry trends and consumer preferences.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related fields.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with research software.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret complex information, and identify patterns.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for creating reports and presenting findings.
