Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a highly analytical MARKETING ASSISTANT to support our marketing efforts.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to ensure commonly used proposal and marketing materials remain current and accurate, including resumes, brochures, flyers, project sheets, subconsultant information, solicitation selections, and IDFPR licenses and certifications.
  • Support Pursuit Managers by maintaining standard checklists for proposal reviews, subcontractor agreements, fee proposal evaluations, and responses to Letters of Interest (LOIs) and Qualification-Based Selections (QBS).
  • Maintain and regularly update project profiles, staff resumes, and case studies.
  • Assist in the development of brochures, presentations, and digital marketing content.
  • Manage and update the company website and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Track marketing performance metrics and maintain CRM databases.
  • Support the planning and execution of industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials.
  • Conduct market and competitor research within the engineering industry.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 0–3 years of marketing or administrative experience; experience in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) is a plus
  • Experience working in a professional services environment preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong proofreading skills with an excellent command of grammar and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Visio preferred
  • Knowledge of the A/E industry and/or Federal projects is a plus
  • Experience with project scheduling tools or processes preferred
  • Ability to work onsite five days per week

Salary range is $45,000 - $65,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
