Position Summary
The Marketing Associate supports the execution of digital and traditional marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and sales across all Llorens brands. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to manage campaigns, content, and analytics for product launches, online sales, and B2B outreach.
The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about connecting wellness innovation with impactful brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand awareness.
- Manage social media content and posting schedules across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns via Klaviyo or similar platforms (e.g., newsletters, automation flows).
- Support e-commerce management by updating product listings, images, and descriptions on Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart.com.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce creative assets — including graphics, product photography, and ad materials.
- Assist in market research, competitor tracking, and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Help maintain brand consistency across digital and print media.
- Monitor and report campaign performance metrics (engagement, traffic, conversion).
- Support trade show preparation, product sampling programs, and institutional sales materials.
- Coordinate content calendars, influencer partnerships, and collaboration outreach.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in consumer goods, nutraceutical, or healthcare industries.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Klaviyo, Canva, and Meta Ads Manager is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong written and visual communication skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media).
- Creative thinker with strong project management and organization skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally between marketing, sales, and product development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; basic knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Amazon Brand Analytics, etc.)
