Summary
Collaborate directly with the CEO and operations team to develop and refine marketing materials highlighting luxury Swiss watch repair services (Rolex, Omega, Breitling, etc.).

Required Qualifications
- Organization & Attention to Detail:

Extremely organized with a strong eye for detail. Ability to handle luxury items with care and diligence.

- Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Able to communicate professionally with clients and team members, write clear listing descriptions, and contribute to marketing content.

- Technical Proficiency:

Comfortable using computers, email platforms, and spreadsheets (required). Adobe Creative Suite, Digital Marketing, Brand Design, Photography & Retouching, Content Creation, Salesforce CRM, and Marketing Strategy are skills that are appreciated for this position.

- Shipping & Fulfillment Coordination:

Hands-on experience or willingness to learn shipping workflows, including:

• Maintain CRM (Salesforce) data accuracy for marketing analytics and client outreach

· Assist in packaging, branding, and presentation of luxury timepieces for shipment, emphasizing visual detail and customer impression.

- Initiative & Adaptability:

Support cross-department collaboration between marketing, sales, and fulfillment to maintain a seamless customer experience from first contact to delivery.

- Professionalism & Reliability:

Trustworthy, punctual, and dependable. Comfortable handling luxury watches and sensitive client information with discretion. Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1+ year of experience in administrative support or related fields preferred (entry-level candidates with strong portfolios or relevant internships are welcome).
