Marketing Coordinator

Role Summary: We are searching for a super-motivated and adaptive Marketing Coordinator who can work independently to support our agile marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be a pivotal support role, assisting with project management, content creation, and data tracking. This is an excellent opportunity for a fast-learning individual who is proactive, organized, and ready to take on diverse tasks with a high degree of autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of various marketing campaigns and events.
• Independently manage project timelines, communication, and deadlines.
• Create and edit marketing materials, including social media posts and email newsletters.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.
• Track campaign performance and create reports for the Marketing Manager.

Required Software & Skills:

• Project Management: Asana, Trello, Monday.com.
• Communication & Collaboration: Google Workspace, Slack.
• Marketing Tools: Mailchimp, HubSpot, social media schedulers (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
• Skills: Project management, organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a proactive mindset.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a renowned institution in Marketing or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role.
• Agile and able to handle multiple tasks with a high degree of independence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
