Marketing cum Administrative Officer

Job Purpose

To drive nursery enrolments and brand visibility through effective marketing initiatives while ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations. This role is pivotal in aligning front-office excellence, parent engagement, and compliance-safe processes to support sustainable growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Admissions

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase enquiries, tours, and enrolments.
  • Manage social media platforms, website content, and promotional materials in line with the nursery’s brand.
  • Coordinate campaigns, events, and seasonal promotions (open days, cultural events, community outreach).
  • Handle parent enquiries professionally via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
  • Conduct nursery tours and follow up on leads to convert enquiries into registrations.
  • Maintain accurate admissions data, enquiry trackers, and conversion reports.

Administrative & Office Support

  • Manage front-desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression.
  • Maintain student records, files, and documentation in line with ADEK/KHDA and internal policies.
  • Support fee collection follow-ups, invoicing coordination, and basic reporting.
  • Liaise with teaching staff and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Prepare letters, notices, and official communication for parents.
  • Support compliance documentation, audits, and inspections as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing, admin, or admissions role (education sector is an advantage).
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
  • Proficient in MS Office, social media platforms, and basic design/marketing tools.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, child-safe, and parent-centric mindset.
