Marketing Executive - Telecommunications -Residential

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telecommunications Marketing Associate to join our growing Residential Division.You will be responsible for lead generation, client relationship management, and executing marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Business Development

o Identify and approach potential clients including developers, real estate agents, and high-end residential communities.

o Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution

o Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to promote residential telecommunication and integrated home solutions.

o Collaborate with the creative and digital teams to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Client Relationship Management

o Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tailored marketing materials.

o Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to achieve monthly lead and conversion targets.

Cross-Department Coordination

o Work closely with project, estimation, and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and client satisfaction.

Gather client feedback to refine service delivery and marketing strategies

Market Intelligence

o Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.

o Report on marketing performance metrics such as lead volume, conversion rate, and ROI.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in telecommunications, residential projects, or real estate marketing.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
