The Marketing & Communication Manager at RIKAS Hospitality Group will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing, brand, and communication strategies across our diverse portfolio of award-winning restaurants, cafés, and beach clubs. This role requires a balance of strategic vision, creative storytelling, and hands-on execution to elevate the Group’s brands, drive guest engagement, and strengthen RIKAS’ position as a market leader in lifestyle hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and business goals.

Manage annual marketing budgets and optimize ROI on campaigns.

Oversee brand positioning, identity, and consistency across all platforms.
Content & Digital Marketing

Lead content creation strategies across digital, social media, PR, and offline channels.

Work with designers, content creators, and agencies to deliver engaging campaigns.

Ensure strong presence and growth on
Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
.

Leverage SEO, paid ads, CRM, and analytics to optimize performance.
Brand Communication & PR

Develop communication plans to increase awareness of RIKAS brands locally and internationally.

Build and maintain strong relationships with media, press, influencers, and key stakeholders.

Draft and review press releases, announcements, and internal communication pieces.
Campaigns & Activations

Plan and execute marketing campaigns, restaurant launches, seasonal promotions, and brand collaborations.

Oversee events, influencer partnerships, and experiential activations to maximize exposure.
Leadership & Collaboration

Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring creativity and high performance.

Collaborate closely with operations, culinary, and corporate teams to align brand messaging.
Requirements & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master’s preferred.

5–7 years of experience
in marketing & communications, preferably within hospitality, F&B, or luxury lifestyle brands.

Proven track record in managing
multi-brand portfolios
.

Strong knowledge of
digital marketing, social media, and PR strategies
.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Creative mindset with a passion for food, lifestyle, and hospitality.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.

Fluency in English required (Arabic or French is a plus).
