Marketing Manager

Position Summary:

A leading real estate development firm with a portfolio of large-scale, master-planned communities and mixed-use projects is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Manager to join its growing team. This role supports the strategic execution of marketing initiatives across residential, commercial, hospitality, and innovation-driven developments.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a passion for placemaking and brand storytelling, and the ability to manage multi-channel campaigns with consistency and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:Marketing Campaign Execution

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social, and experiential channels.
  • Support new community and commercial project launches, including branding, collateral, signage, and promotional rollouts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and agency partners to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

Digital & Content Marketing

  • Manage content calendars and assist with the development of web, blog, and social media content.
  • Collaborate on email marketing strategy and execution, including list segmentation, design coordination, and analytics.
  • Monitor SEO/SEM performance and support optimization efforts for web properties and campaigns.

Event & Community Engagement

  • Support planning and execution of branded events, open houses, and community activations.
  • Assist with vendor coordination, onsite logistics, and post-event reporting.
  • Capture and curate event content for use across digital and print channels.

Brand & Collateral Management

  • Help maintain an updated suite of branded materials for residential, commercial, and corporate marketing.
  • Manage digital asset libraries, photo archives, and marketing templates.
  • Ensure consistency across presentations, signage, flyers, and other branded touchpoints.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and report key marketing metrics, including campaign performance, web traffic, lead generation, and engagement.
  • Conduct competitive and market research to inform messaging and positioning strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, lifestyle brands, or mixed-use development.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and/or basic video editing tools a plus.
  • Strong writing, proofreading, and content development skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset and proactive attitude in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with master-planned communities or placemaking-focused developments.
  • Background working with cross-functional teams including sales, development, and public relations.
  • Exposure to brand storytelling across multiple audience segments (residential buyers, business tenants, civic stakeholders, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
