Responsibilities:

We are driven by our mission: to better the lives of all those we serve. Bring that mission to life by overseeing the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that support system priorities, service lines, providers, clinics and recruitment efforts. As the Manager of Marketing, you will guide campaigns from concept through evaluation, using data and best practices to measure success and continuously improve outcomes.


You’ll collaborate closely with partners across Communications, Talent Acquisition and the broader organization to protect and grow a trusted brand and position Community as a leader in healthcare and a desired employer. If you’re energized by balancing strategy with execution, developing a high-performing team, and working in an ever-changing industry — you will thrive!

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, Business or related field required
  • High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate and an additional 4 years of related experience may be substituted for Bachelor's Degree and experience requirement
  • 7 years of professional communications, marketing or related experience required
  • Prior management experience preferred
