Marketing Manager

Description


We are seeking a hands-on, player-coach Marketing Manager to lead execution across all marketing initiatives.
This role is responsible for translating strategy into action by owning campaigns, supporting sales, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring marketing systems and tools are fully leveraged.
You will work directly with our Fractional CMO, who leads strategy and direction, while you own execution, optimization, and day-to-day performance.
You will also oversee an Events & Content Specialist and help scale In-Telecom’s marketing function as the company grows. This role requires someone who operates with endurance to follow through, communicates with transparency, and is committed to outcomes that benefit all stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities


  • Ensure consistent brand and messaging across all platforms, locations, and materials
  • Maintain alignment across MSP, telecom, and security offerings
  • Uphold brand standards across internal teams, vendors, and newly acquired companies
  • Communicate clearly and transparently to maintain alignment across departments
Campaign Execution & Performance
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Support highly targeted campaigns by industry and niche
  • Manage timelines, assets, and campaign performance tracking
  • Continuously improve campaigns based on performance data
  • Take ownership of results and follow through with endurance until campaigns perform
  • Create and maintain sales-assist materials, including one-pagers, case studies, pitch decks, and email sequences
  • Align marketing materials with real sales conversations and objections
  • Partner closely with sales to support multi-touch outreach strategies
  • Ensure marketing supports a win-win-win outcome for the company, customers, and partners
  • Write and edit content for blogs, emails, articles, and campaigns
  • Ghostwrite for leadership and subject matter experts
  • Support execution of webinars, speaking engagements, and guest podcasts
  • Ensure consistent distribution across channels
  • Own and manage HubSpot Marketing Hub (hands-on)
  • Ensure alignment and integration with Salesforce CRM and ZoomInfo
  • Maintain clean data, reporting accuracy, and campaign attribution
  • Improve workflows, automation, and lead management processes
  • Operate with transparency in reporting and performance insights
  • Support integration of acquired companies into In-Telecom’s brand and systems
  • Align messaging, websites, and marketing materials post-acquisition
  • Ensure a smooth transition while elevating overall brand standards
  • Manage external vendors and relationships with partner organizations
  • Ensure deliverables meet brand and performance expectations
  • Build relationships that reflect a long-term, win-win-win mindset
  • Oversee Events & Content Specialist responsible for event coordination, social media, and content distribution
  • Provide direction, feedback, and accountability
  • Lead with clarity, consistency, and transparency

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


Required:
  • 5+ years of B2B or professional services marketing experience
  • Proven ability to execute and manage campaigns
  • Strong writing and editing skills, including ghostwriting
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub
  • Experience supporting technical sales teams with marketing materials
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
  • Experience in MSP, telecom, or IT services
  • Experience working in high-growth, EOS-run companies
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and ZoomInfo
  • Experience with targeted/ABM-style campaigns
  • Experience integrating marketing across multiple locations or acquisitions
