Mortenson is currently seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our group’s marketing efforts. This role involves strong communication skills, content creation, storytelling, and managing the team to produce high-quality proposals and marketing materials. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with leadership, construction teams, and business development to create compelling responses to RFPs, develop project outcome stories, and author team member spotlights to promote our brand.
Provide oversight of the entire proposal and content creation processes, including scheduling, assigning resources, collaborating with subject matter experts, monitoring workflow, and approving final deliverables
Facilitate meetings with marketing coordinators, business development, design phase managers, construction executives, and operations leaders to develop proposals and graphics
The base pay range for this role is $92,300 MIN - $138,500 MAX. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
